        -src2ph   read NV values from NV source xml and write to mobile

        -ph2src   read NV values from mobile and write to NV source xml

        -ph2qcn   read NV values from mobile and write to QCN

        -qcn2ph   read NV values from QCN and write to mobile

        -qcn2src   read NV values from QCN and write to NV source xml

Decompile QCN To Sourc 

CDMA_QCN_Tool.exe -qcn2src -def=NvDefinition.xml -qcn="QCN-File.qcn" -src=New-Source.xml -cb

Compile Source To QCN File 

CDMA_QCN_Tool.exe -src2qcn -def=NvDefinition.xml  -src=Source.xml -qcn=output.qcn -cb
